We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

As all items are made by hands, item's shape and dimension vary. Also due to material, there could be little scratches and/or texture from manufacturer. Those are ok and not affect items.

The color can vary based on your monitor's setting.
